CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

If you already have a Graines VOLTZ customer account, you can use it on the site to log in. All you need is your account number or associated email address, and your password.

If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us via the contact form.

If you can't log in: make sure you're using the same e-mail address (or customer account number) and password as when you registered.

 

If you have forgotten your password, simply click on "Forgotten password". Enter your e-mail address or your account number and we will automatically send you an e-mail allowing you to regenerate your password. Be sure to check your spam or junk mail folder.

 

If the problem persists, please send us a message in the Contact section of the site.

Click on 'My Account' at the top right of your screen, then on the forgotten password link and enter your customer account e-mail address or your customer account number.

You will receive an e-mail with a link to choose a new password. Be sure to check your spam or junk mail folder. Click on the link in the e-mail, choose your new password and confirm.

You can ask to unsubscribe from our newsletter by sending us a message using the contact form.

Your registration is effective as soon as you create your account on the site. You will then receive a welcome e-mail reminding you of your login details. Don't forget to check your junk mail if you don't receive it in your inbox.
