FIORETTO® F1 - The elegant stem cauliflower

Fioretto®F1 is a cross between cauliflower and broccoli. It features elegant creamy-white florets resting on slender green stems resembling vegetable coral.
Much more delicate than cauliflower, its flavor is slightly sweet with hints of hazelnut. The florets, meanwhile, are much softer than those of a cauliflower. Once cooked, the 10-20 g stalks remain slightly crunchy and take on a lovely lime-green hue. They don't need peeling, and the whole plant, from stem to floret, can be eaten.
The culinary possibilities are endless: raw in dips or salads, just snacked on, roasted, marinated, in soup, fried or even worked into tempura. It's an excellent source of vitamins C, B6, potassium and fiber.
Fioretto®F1 is available as a head or cut into trays. It makes an excellent combination with green or purple broccoli and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Versatile, easy to prepare and eat, Fioretto®F1 will help consumers rediscover a new facet of cauliflower!
