DELIVERY

Preparation and shipping costs are 9 euros.

They will appear directly in your order summary.

Your order will be processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours. You will receive an e-mail when we hand over the goods to our carrier.

For deliveries in France, the carrier is Colissimo. For other Schengen countries, the carrier is DHL Express.

The carrier's delivery time is given as an indication. Your order may be shipped in several shipments. If this is the case, it will be indicated in your customer account and on the shipment email you will receive.

You can choose the delivery address of your choice when entering your order. Please ensure that your address is correct. If the parcel has not been delivered due to a typing error on your part, we can arrange for a new shipment to be sent to the modified address once the parcel has been received by us.

This second shipment will then be at your expense. Please note that you must place your order on the website of the country to which you wish to have it delivered.

If you have already placed an order with us, and have been referred to a sales representative, you will be able to choose your delivery date.

If this is not the case, we're sorry, but you won't be able to choose your delivery date, and delivery will take place at the same time as your order.

In the event of absence, the parcel will be deposited in the letterbox if it complies with postal service standards, except for bulky parcels. In this case, a delivery notice will be left with instructions on how to proceed.
